PE foam products are normally corrugated a little when extruded. The degree of the corrugation is different depending on the machine parameters and/or the properties of the materials used.

As the quality of PE foam products are also affected by the degree of the corrugation, it is important to reduce the corrugation of the PE foam product as much as possible.

Our Hydrocell Masterbatch makes PE foam products less corrugated and the cell size of them finer. This improves the product quality.
